  20. I looked at the K95 bug list and could not find this problem I am having.

  22. When I type k95 at the DOS prompt (under Windows 2000),
  23. weird things happen:

  25. 1. Microsoft Location information box is displayed prompting me
  26. like this:

  28. Before you can make any phone or modem connections,
  29. Windows needs the following information about your current
  30. location.

  32. What country/region are you in now?
  33.  
  34. What area code (or city code) are you in now?
  35.  
  36. if you dial a number to access an outside line, what is it?
  37.  
  38. The phone system at this location uses:
  39. Tone dialing    Pulse dialing
  40.  
  41. OK     Cancel
  42.  
  43. I press the cancel button and there is a Confirm Cancel box:
  44.  
  45. Windows needs telephone information about the location from which
  46. you will be dialing.  If you cancel without providing this
  47. information, this program may not function correctly when 
  48. dialing.  In addition, some applications respond to your
  49. canceling this dialog box by immediatly re-posting it.
  50. Are you sure you want to cancel?
  51.  
  52. Yes   No

  54. I press Yes and the Location Information
  55. box, I mentioned earlier, comes up again.
  56.  
  57. I repeat the cancel and Yes button pushes and 
  58. then k95 runs fine.

  60. The above works whether I am at the DOS prompt or running a k95 script.
